Ingredients:

8 pieces Chicken (optional)
8 sheets Bay leaf8 sheets
8 sheets Kaffir lime leaves
4 pieces Starfruit (cut into 3)
4 pieces Green tomato (cut into 2)
16 pieces Red chili
16 pieces Red union
4 pieces Garlic (cut into 2)
8 slices Galangal
4 sticks Lemongrass (cut)
2 teaspoon Java sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper powder
200 ml KARA coconut milk
Banana leaf
Toothpick

Directions:

  1. Mixed the KARA coconut milk with salt, java sugar and pepper.
  2. Clean and heat banana leaves for a while until limp and shiny.
  3. Take 2 banana leaves, arrange with the ingredients above, then add about 2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk mix. Then fold and pitting with a toothpick.
  4. Steam it about 45 minutes — 1 hour.
  5. Serve hot with warm rice
