Seasoning of Kecombrang Liwet can you stir fry using #KARACoconutCookingOil before mixed together with rice in a rice cooker. When cooking rice, add medium KARA Coconut Milk 100 ml + 150 ml water to give a savory flavor.

Serving portion :   6-8 portions

Ingredients:

KARA Coconut Cooking Oil
6-8 portions Rice
Water (for rice)
10 cloves Red onion
5 cloves Garlic
1 piece Kecombrang
3 sticks Lemongrass
3 sheets Bay leaves
100 ml KARA Coconut Milk
150 ml Water (for coconut milk)
Salt
Lime leaves
Anchovy
Chili

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil and then fried the garlic, and red union until browned
  2. Add the rice, sliced kecombrang, sliced orange leaves, and lemongrass into the rice cooker.
  3. Mixed 100 ml of KARA Coconut Milk with 150 ml of water to make medium coconut milk and pour into rice cooker.
  4. Add salt (about 2 teaspoon) and water for cooking the rice. You can add chili, anchovy, or anything that you like.
