Coconut Ladoo

Laddu (or laddoo) is an Indian sweets that is commonly served in festivals or weddings. Laddu is easy to make and popular for its delicious taste.

Serving portion :   20 pieces
Ready in :   1 hour

Ingredients:

600 ml Full cream UHT milk
1 Coconut; grated
3 packs Condensed milk
4 tbsp Granulated sugar
Creamer (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat the milk over medium heat. Add grated coconut and condensed sugar into the milk.
  2. Boil the mixture.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and stir well until the mixture thickened.
  4. Pour the mixture into another container and let it cool down.
  5. Take small amount of mixture and roll into a ball. Continue with the rest of the mixture. Place the ball into an airtight container.
  6. Add crimer to the coconut ladoo (optional). Plain coconut ladoo is ready to be served an can be stored in refrigerator.
